Mindfulness Club & Blue Ridge Synergy Productions proudly present the second annual Mindfulness Fest held on Saturday, April 25 on the Quad at UNC Asheville

Mindfulness Fest is a completely volunteer organized benefit festival free and open to the public. Our mission is to empower community by creating a space where we can explore new ways of relating to ourselves and others using practices rooted in values of open awareness, empathy, respect, sustainability, and cooperation.
