3DL is three days of workshops and playshops focused on helping us discover our "Highest Self", our best self. It is where we go to reconnect to who we are, who we REALLY are. It is about forgiveness of our mistakes, accepting that we are simply learning how to be better, and releasing those things that keep us in the shadows. And in the evenings, we dance, sing, play, hold space for that inner self to come out and be free.
